I’ve realized that accountability is a big thing for me (hence my “I want to run a marathon” post), so I’m going to try to post a weekly update here of my exercise for the week. Here goes:
Monday 5/13/13: a 16-hour shift at work= 9 miles walked for the day. No wonder my feet hurt…
Tuesday 5/14/13: walked 2 miles in 32:30
Wednesday 5/15/13: a short (10-hour) day at work means 6.0 miles for the day
Thursday 5/16/13: walked 2 miles in 33:10
Friday 5/17/13: 13 hours at work, 8.5 miles
Saturday 5/18/13: 3.2 miles in 56:38 minutes. with Baby Brother. Also did 2 jogging “intervals” of about 45 seconds each (I was planning on starting jogging intervals by the end of the month, so I guess I got this done a bit early). We went walking pretty early, on a beautiful trail. Saw some local flora:

Sunday 5/19/13: 2 miles in 36:14 (I have no idea why my time was so much slower today. Must have been exhaustion.)
But I’m proud to say that I did every one of my planned workouts this week. Even Tuesday’s, which I had talked myself out of…then talked myself back into. Win!
