Monday I got in my cardio. Tuesday before work, I did strength training. Yesterday, my original plan was to do cardio before work, but…then I was supposed to work from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m., so that didn’t happen. The first 5 hours of work consisted of a lot of cleaning and moving heavy chairs and stuff, then I didn’t end up getting off work until after 9 p.m. I was exhausted by the time I drove home and got in bed (after 10 p.m.)
Today, the original plan was to do strength training before work, but I was so exhausted that getting up and getting ready for work on time was all I could do. Tomorrow, Super Mom and I were supposed to meet at the track at 5 a.m., but it’s pouring outside, and is supposed to continue all night and tomorrow.
So, this week, sleep is going to have to win out.
