Not just any people, but one certain person whom I really don’t understand at all. Dating someone from a completely different culture is hard. Harder than I imagined. I’m from the southern United States. He’s from central Africa. Saying there are some cultural differences is putting it lightly. He thinks that if he’s super busy (and he is, I know), I should just be understanding if I don’t hear from him for several days and he doesn’t respond to texts. Because he’s busy, that should just be okay with me. It’s not. I think he can take fifteen seconds and text me occasionally. But that’s my culture….

So, anyway, I’ve got some stuff going on mentally that I need to get worked out.
