weekend workout #10

I skipped working out yesterday in favor of re-organizing my kitchen (the clutter was driving me crazy). And I was exhausted from work on Friday, so I slept 10.5 hours (wow!). Today, the BFF and I planned a long run.

In reality we ran for about 1 minute, then walked the rest. Sigh.


However…we did get in about 4 miles and there were a lot of hills, so it was a pretty good workout.

I’ll try to be more active next week.


We did get to appreciate this view on our walk, though.

Onward and upward!
