weekend workout #15

So, I skipped my workout today in favor of attempting to get caught up on life and school. In theory, the time change should have given me time to accomplish everything. In actuality, not so much.

Yesterday, we did an outdoor workout instead of our usual indoor Saturday workout.


Only three miles of this—for me—was running. The BFF had 4.5 miles, and I did run some of the extra with her, but my legs were pretty tired, so not all. I’m kind of in a mental fog today, so that’s about all I’ve got.

Onward and upward!
