week in review: just the pics, ma’am

Week-In-Review-Button-Final

Linking up with Meghan over at Clean Eats, Fast FeetsClean Eats, Fast Feets for the first time in… a while.

My life has been crazy. Work…impending crises at both clinics, plus working a lot—like 50 hours this week in 3 1/2 days, and last week, when I tried not to get any OT by only working 3 days, I still ended up with about 3 hours. Sigh…

This semester is almost done, and I have a solid B in my class, which is something of a miracle , considering the professor is not actually teaching…I’m still waiting for 1)  grades from week 1 (week 7 starts today), and 2) a response to an email I sent 3 weeks ago inquiring where to submit the rewrite of an article he said we could do to get more points (still no grade on that, either). I should be getting my Class Evaluation to do this week, and I have A LOT to say! (Like, “Can I get the professor’s salary for 8 weeks, since I did the only teaching I had in this class?)

I digress.

I have a few pictures from the last few weeks.

pens
New toys that I got 2 weeks ago and just opened yesterday…plus a gratuitous pic of a lazy cat.

Easter:

sandi patty
Sandi Patty sang at my church, and Larnelle Harris as well (He was phenomenal!)
cheesecake
Chocolate hazelnut crunch cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory, plus The Saint’s s’mores cheesecake in the background. Mine was better….
tropical
Had this mid-week, after work.
scenery
Relaxation.

After my 50-hour work week, I got as much rest as I could this weekend. By doing nothing except reading and laying around on Saturday.

naptime
I wasn’t the only one napping.
