Time to re-group…or start over. Or something.
I’ve had zero motivation to eat healthy or work out. That Andy’s frozen custard habit I’ve picked up every weekend isn’t my finest moment, either.
Lots of stress at work. Stress in my personal life.
This has all led to me feeling overwhelmed, tired, and lazy, but I’ve got to get it together.
I see my doc in a little over a month, and I have to make progress before then. That half marathon in November isn’t getting any farther away, either.
So my get-healthy mission is back front-and-center on the priority list.
