Let’s see if I can get this to work this week. Last week it kept telling me there was no backlink to Clean Eats, Fast Feets, although clicking on it took me straight there. Story of my life…
Frankly, I’m almost too tired to type this, so I’ll keep it short.
I worked 41 hours at the day job.
It was Fall Break, so in theory I didn’t have homework. In reality, I wrote six pages on my 20-25 page paper due next month, finished a one-page assignment, shot a video for a viral video assignment, and…thought about doing another assignment, but with no follow-through.
Got in one walk on the treadmill, and one walk on the trails with Super Mom.

I reviewed Select by Marit Weisenberg, The House at 758 by Kathryn Berla, and The Midnight Dance by Nikki Katz.
Went to a Halloween-themed baby shower for a friend who’s due on Christmas (she probably won’t make it that long). Sadly, I did not get a picture of the mother dressed as a vampire. But I did get a picture of her cake.
Also saw some friend I haven’t seen in…oh, seven years or so, which was fantastic. That viral video assignment was shot during the baby-food-tasting game. Glad I missed out.
In other news, The Diva says she’s going to hike the Grand Canyon with us next year. I do not absolutely believe her, but anything can happen. Jury’s still out.
I am super impressed by your ability to tackle those assignments while on break. It’s got to feel good to get ahead like that.
The Halloween themed shower looks so cute. I would have skipped the baby food tasting too. In fact, we pretty much skipped baby food with Ave and went right to people food: avocado, steamed veggies, potatoes, eggs, etc.
Sorry you had trouble with the linkup last week. You’re all set this week though.
Skipping straight to people food sounds like a great idea! And, sadly, I’m more “caught up” than “ahead” right now, but I’m hoping to stay caught up for the next 7 weeks or so…I figured last week was just a glitch, so I’m glad to see this week went better!
