Linking up with Amanda at Running with Spoons for Thinking Out Loud.
-I made it through Halloween with no trick-or-treaters. This is a good thing for a couple of reasons: I do NOT need candy in the house, as I have little self control when it comes to chocolate. And some of the people who’ve moved into this apartment complex recently are questionable at best–judging from the amount of loud conversations I hear from outside (because apparently they think everyone is deaf) and the occasional angry yelling coming from several apartments down (Dude, is it necessary to shout the f-word in the middle of the afternoon? You’re showing your lack of intelligence. #whatswrongwiththeworld)
-I’m tired of being tired. Sure, I only got 3 hours of sleep Tuesday before working 13 hours yesterday, and I have to be at work at 4:30 a.m. on MWF, but still. Trying to get some things sorted out so I can sleep better.
-Grad school is hard. I’m thisclose to being done with a 15-25 page paper, though, so that’ll be a bit less stress. (And it’s not even due for a couple for weeks!) I also switched my spring classes around and am now taking a special seminar class about Terrorism and the Media.
-I should go for a run. (But see #2.)
-So, really, I’ve had one thing on my mind lately, and I think/hope it’s sorted out now. Hopefully I can spare the mental energy to branch out now.
No trick or treaters for me either. I try my best to be out of my apartment around that time, lol!
I’m also a fan of that idea! Thanks for commenting.
